Internal proof project

Growing Pace, built as the first internal proof project.

This is a transparent record of how we shaped Growing Pace's own site: what we built, what we checked, and what we are still measuring. It is not a client result claim.

Starting point

The job was clarity, not decoration.

The public site needed to explain the partnership model to a small-business owner: what the tiers include, what production requires, how ongoing work is delivered, and where to start a conversation.

The implementation had to give search engines and AI systems direct, well-linked answers while keeping the visual experience calm, legible, and credible on mobile.

What was built

The system behind the homepage.

  • A plain-language offer, service architecture, pricing path, FAQ, and contact intake
  • A reusable page system for services, resources, proof, and future content
  • Search foundations including unique metadata, internal links, structured data, a sitemap, and direct-answer sections
  • Lead capture, event tracking, form safeguards, and performance-conscious media handling

How the work was verified

Quality checks are part of the deliverable.

Route, navigation, form, and responsive smoke checks
Semantic heading, focus, contrast, and interactive-control review
Build, type, targeted lint, image, and sitemap checks
Structured data and canonical-link implementation review

What we are measuring next

Implementation is visible. Outcomes take evidence.

We are tracking whether the right visitors find the site, understand the offer, move into the intake path, and return to the pages that answer their questions.

We will not turn that into a case-study outcome until it has a source, a measurement period, and a claim that can be supported. That is the same standard we use for client work.
