  • Accounts are set up under your email and business name whenever possible.
  • Hosting, email tools, and the Shopify plan are covered where your tier includes them.
  • Ongoing site maintenance and minor updates are included across every tier.
  • Anything outside scope is priced in writing before work begins.
  • After the first 3 months, the retainer and scope are reviewed together.
  • If the partnership ends, your domain, store, Stripe account, data, content, and customer relationships stay yours.
