Partnership tiers

Each tier has public pricing, a one-time setup fee, and a defined scope. Production starts after the agreement is signed and the one-time setup fee is received. You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades and cancellations happen after the first 3-month engagement with 30 days written notice.
Foundation
$149/month + $195 one-time setup fee
3-month minimum: $642 total
Best for: Local businesses, service-based brands, and founders who need a professional site built correctly and maintained during the first 3-month engagement.
The $195 one-time setup fee covers the initial website build, configuration, integrations, testing, and launch work. It can be split into two payments when needed.

Ownership and boundaries

The partnership is meant to reduce dependency, not create it. We manage the system, but your accounts, data, payments, and customer relationships stay yours.
Every partnership starts with a 3-month minimum engagement.
Hosting, email tools, and Shopify Basic are covered where your tier includes them.
Ad spend, Stripe transaction fees, premium Shopify apps, product costs, and shipping stay separate.
Stripe and Shopify accounts are set up under your business name or email.
Your accounts, domain, analytics, store, payment data, customer list, and ad data stay yours.

One-time builds
Not ready for monthly? We offer one-time builds too.
If you need a site, store, Stripe payment setup, or landing page without an ongoing partnership, we offer one-time build packages with defined scope, clear pricing, and a clean handoff to the hosting and ownership arrangement in your agreement.
One-time builds do not include ongoing management, updates, or support after their stated support window. Active partnership sites stay managed; an independent hosting transition is a separately agreed handoff or offboarding step.
